This week we are delighted to be touring in the south east of our area with Rag Morris, a side from the Bristol area and a new visitor joining us on our summer touring programme.  We start by heading over to St. Arvans on the outskirts of Chepstow.

The Piercefield is a large roadside pub near the racecourse which has now transferred over to the Brains stable.  We expect a warm welcome from this new addition to our pub list and after a few dances we will retire inside to relax before moving on to the centre of Chepstow.

Leaving the Piercefield we head into Chepstow and down to the old bridge and then follow the riverbank for a very short distance to the Boat Inn, one of Chepstow's most picturesque and ancient pubs situated right on the historic dockside.  With good food and excellent real ales, the pub has a strong maritime theme and a very friendly welcome each time we have visited to dance.

Do come and see us at some stage and if you have a liking for tradition then you will be made very welcome.  For those males amongst you who enjoy a pint or two and would like to keep fit then you will be ideal as a dancer.
